General Meeting (with Max Noel)

Your FBICAAA Board Members have arranged for a spectacular guest speaker to present at this General Meeting, held at Portland FBI HQ. You will not want to miss this meeting.

Max Noel served as an FBI Agent for 31 years.  While he worked on many high-profile cases, he is most well-known for his role on the UNABOM Task Force, which led to the arrest of Theodore Kaczynski in 1996.  Max recently published a book titled: “UNABOMBER: How the FBI Broke Its Own Rules to Capture the Terrorist Ted Kaczynski”.  It is a story of how the FBI was forced to change its methods of operation, from the traditional media-shy Bureau of J. Edgar Hoover, to the technologically savvy and media-friendly organization necessary to capture the notorious Unabomber after 18 long years.  Max is a brilliant story-teller and will keep you entertained as he recounts the frustrations and breakthroughs of the case.  You will not want to miss this meeting!
